What We’re Looking For
People leadership:
Hands‑on coaching, feedback, and support to help SDR/BDR team members grow and succeed.
Sales development expertise:
Experience leading or working within SDR/BDR teams, with a strong grasp of daily challenges and opportunities.
Strategic execution:
Translate business objectives into actionable plans, aligning team efforts with pipeline and revenue goals.
Performance management:
Use data and KPIs to monitor progress, identify strengths and development needs, and promote continuous improvement.
Clear communication:
Tailor style to different audiences and situations.
Technology proficiency:
Skilled in using CRM systems and sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Nav, and ZoomInfo.
Conflict management:
Approach tough conversations with empathy, objectivity, and clarity to foster trust and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of SDRs to ensure steady pipeline contribution.
Drive pipeline generation strategies to help SDRs create high‑quality opportunities.
Implement and continuously improve outbound prospecting approaches to maximize conversion.
Optimize team performance through coaching, enablement, and data‑driven decisions.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure lead quality and efficient conversion.
Build and sustain a culture of high performance and accountability, meeting and exceeding targets.
Analyze SDR effectiveness to refine scripts, cadences, and engagement strategies.
