Job Overview
CarolinaPower is seeking an Electrical Superintendent for their Greenville, SC location. This full‑time role works within industrial, commercial, healthcare, and federal businesses and is part of an expanding team.
Job Duties
Effectively use all resources and lead or oversee craft workers assigned to specific areas of responsibility.
Ensure all onsite personnel comply with project procedures, safety program requirements, work rules, and related policies; document violations, notify project management, and recommend/implement corrective actions as needed; conduct accident investigations as required.
Ensure compliance with all company, client, and project policies, procedures, and standards.
Motivate others to achieve objectives; plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions (scheduling, engineering, material control, etc.).
Effectively plan and organize the work for which you are responsible.
Keep a daily job journal detailing actual events.
Plan ahead for materials, tools, and information.

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required.
Positive safety attitude and personal integrity.
Highly customer‑service oriented & a team player; ability to create new and maintain current customers.
Valid driver’s license and insured personal transportation.
7 years prior experience in electrical construction in DOD, healthcare, industrial, or premier commercial environments.
Strong knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and budget processes; 2‑4 years' experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of the NEC and NFPA 70E.
Ability to manage risk & profitability successfully.
Senior Level Mid‑Senior level.
