Knowledge on Linux, primarily Redhat Linux 7, 8 and 9
Virtualization technologies, preferred knowledge on VMware ESX servers
Virtualization experience (VMware)
On-call coverage experience
Troubleshooting skills on OS, hardware and storage issues
Shell Scripting, Python & Good to have coding experience in node or angular
experience driving Incident calls and working with Enterprise level customers and app teams
Proven experience with Veritas products like Storage Foundation/Veritas Cluster Server is a plus
Windows, VMWare and OLVM(Oracle Logical Volume Manager) experience is a huge plus
Experience with Storage subsystems and SAN/NAS/CAS Infrastructure is a huge plus
This is a Shift role Wed-Sat or Sun-Wed (10 hours each day) -12 pm – 10 pm EST
