Construction Recruiter at Jobot - Work 100% Remote! Base pay range:
$75,000.00/yr – $150,000.00/yr
We are hiring experienced Agency Recruiters with a proven track record in the construction industry.
Responsibilities
New Business Development: Use your sales skills to bring in and retain construction clients.
Recruitment: Leverage our custom ATS, Jax, to find candidates who match open client positions.
Lead with Kindness + Respect: Maintain a culture of care and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience as an agency recruiter with proven results.
A positive growth mindset + resilience, with demonstrated experience succeeding in a high performance environment.
Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required if you have the experience.
