Due to growth, we are seeking an Audit Supervisor to join our team based in our Andover, Boston, or Providence offices on a flexible hybrid basis.
Our audit engagements are in many industries including manufacturing, distribution, technology, life sciences, retail, hospitality, real estate, healthcare, and non‑profit. We also audit 100+ EBPs, and to a lesser degree, perform due diligence, projection, AUP, and review engagements.
Base Pay Range $90,000 – $120,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities
Perform diversified accounting and auditing, with a focus on for-profit and non-profit clients in the industries mentioned above
Demonstrate competency in technical skills, work quality, and application of professional and firm standards
Participate in planning and scheduling client engagements
Direct, evaluate, and mentor junior staff
Prepare and review working papers, financial statements and reports
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and our team
Embody an excellent client service mindset in representing the Firm
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA or CPA Track
4+ years recent experience in public accounting working with for-profit clientele in a variety of industries
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Excellent presentation skillsProficiency in use of computers and computer accounting and other software programs
