Essential Duties

Responsible for proactively soliciting and managing group related opportunities with significant revenue potential

Actively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity

Achieves personal and team related revenue goals. Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery

Responsible for driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience

Provides service to our customers to grow the account on behalf of the DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld

Education and Experience A minimum 4-year degree from an accredited university in Hospitality or related major OR 4 years’ experience in Hotel Sales at a hotel with 500 rooms or more. Hilton Experience Is a Plus But Not Required. This position does require previous hotel experience and is eligible for a bonus program based on achieving set goals.
