Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Development: Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, fostering business growth
Client Prospecting: Identify and engage new clients through various channels such as cold calling, emailing, monitoring local media companies, networking events, and referrals
Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' advertising objectives and challenges, delivering tailored, scalable solutions
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong post-sale relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
Industry Expertise: Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the OTT/CTV landscape, offering consultative advice to clients
Business Forecasting: Provide regular forecasts of your sales activities and performance, keeping the regional sales lead informed on progress toward goals
Networking and Lead Generation: Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand your professional network and generate new business leads
Regional Travel: Plan and execute travel to your designated region to strengthen relationships and develop new accounts
Qualifications
Industry Knowledge: 3+ years of sales, within the digital advertising or media industry. Experience selling Connected TV advertising is highly desirable
Industry Relationships: Established relationships with independent advertising agencies and direct clients in your home market and/or dedicated region
Business Development Experience: Proven track record of developing business from cold call through renewal
Self-Motivated: A driven individual who excels at managing their own schedule and priorities
Problem Solving Skills: Strong ability to identify opportunities and strategize effective solutions for clients
Strategic Thinker: Ability to view the big picture and make decisions that contribute to long-term success
Negotiation Skills: Strong skills in negotiation, enabling successful deal closures
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
