Minnesota‑based JamLoop is looking for a Senior Account Executive to spearhead business development efforts in the OTT/CTV space. The ideal candidate has a robust network within independent and mid‑market agencies, deep knowledge of the local/regional advertising marketplace, and a proven track record of building and expanding client portfolios.

Responsibilities

Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and surpass revenue targets, driving business growth.

Identify and engage new clients through cold calling, emailing, media monitoring, networking events, and referrals.

Conduct needs analyses to understand clients' advertising objectives and challenges, delivering tailored, scalable solutions.

Build and maintain strong post‑sale relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

Stay informed about the latest OTT/CTV trends, technologies, and best practices, offering consultative advice to clients.

Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to the regional sales lead.

Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate new business leads.

Travel regionally to strengthen relationships and develop new accounts.

Qualifications

3+ years of sales experience within the digital advertising or media industry; experience selling Connected TV advertising is highly desirable.

Established relationships with independent advertising agencies and direct clients in your home market and/or dedicated region.

Proven track record of developing business from cold call through renewal.

Self‑motivated, driven individual who excels at managing schedule and priorities.

Strong problem‑solving skills, able to identify opportunities and strategize effective solutions.

Strategic thinker, capable of viewing the big picture and making decisions that contribute to long‑term success.

Strong negotiation skills, enabling successful deal closures.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Location & Compensation Florida, United States Estimated salary: $125,000.00‑$150,000.00 per year.
