Recruiter
Overview
The Recruiter will play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across Purpose Brands and our portfolio companies. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers to build strategic recruitment plans that align with business priorities and culture. Success in this role requires a strong command of Workday Recruiting, proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, and a passion for creating exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
Purpose/Impact: (Duties & Essential Functions) Recruitment Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute recruiting strategies to achieve staffing goals across multiple brands and functions.
Leverage Workday Recruiting to manage requisitions, track candidates, and maintain accurate records.
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to build pipelines and proactively identify top talent.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview process, and selection criteria.
Work with HR managers to help advise managers on starting salary ranges.
Screen resumes, interview candidates (by phone/video or in person), manage appropriate assessments and reference/background checks, make recommendations for hire (or not hire) and provide employment offers for both exempt and non-exempt positions.
Score applicants and gather feedback from other interviewers.
Present qualified candidates, make recommendations for hire, prepare and extend job offers, and notify applicants of selection or non-selection.
Candidate Experience
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and engaging experience.
Communicate job duties, responsibilities, compensation, benefits, and career development opportunities clearly and professionally.
Hiring Manager Partnership
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on market trends, compensation, and interview best practices.
Collaborate with HR leadership to define and approve salary offers and negotiate as needed.
Culture & Brand Alignment

Background
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with expert-level proficiency in Workday Recruiting and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Experience supporting multi-brand or multi-location organizations preferred.
