What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Make unsolicited outbound calls to secure new clients and increase wallet share from existing clients
Achieve sales quotas by utilizing strong selling and rapport-building skills
Manage workflow effectively by planning and prioritizing tasks to contact assigned leads
Utilize customer fulfillment processes and tools to ensure accurate translation of customer transactions
Build rapport with clients and understand their needs to offer tailored solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must be 18 years of age or older
Basic computer knowledge
Minimum of 1 year of outbound sales experience preferred
Experience with SalesForce software preferred
Previous call center or customer service experience

Strong ability to build rapport with clients and team members
Consultative approach with a focus on customer needs
Proven track record in finding leads and building a strong sales pipeline
