IT Business Systems Analyst – Applied Medical Technology, Inc. (AMT) Join the mission to develop enteral device products at AMT’s state‑of‑the‑art Cleveland, Ohio facility. This is a 100% on‑site, full‑time role based in Brecksville, OH. The team values collaboration across business and IT to improve productivity through the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations platform.

Position Summary Act as an internal consultant bridging the gap between business leaders and the information technology department. Own the implementation, maintenance, and evolution of ERP processes, providing business process expertise and technical guidance to achieve industry best practices.

Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee functional aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, working closely with department leads, IT, and development.

Learn overall business operations and develop innovative solutions to improve productivity while optimizing ERP usage.

Recommend systems or process changes to IT and analysis teams, documenting cost, support, and business impact.

Test business‑critical application changes, providing analytical feedback on success and failure.

Define functional requirements and system interfaces, assessing available technologies to improve system efficiency, usability, and effectiveness.

Support overall business processes and end‑users by monitoring daily system operations and resolving system issues.

Develop and maintain relationships between business process owners, users, and consultants.

Create documentation and procedures within the system to ensure needs are met.

Assist key users in testing new functionality, documenting and retaining ERP knowledge.

Research common business practices to draft improvements to current systems and processes.

Possess extensive experience with ERP software packages, preferably Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.

Requirements

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey technical information to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Independent researcher and problem‑solver with the ability to analyze multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.

ERP implementation experience, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations.

Strong understanding of best‑practice business processes and applications.

Well‑organized, able to work with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

1‑3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Supply Chain/Manufacturing).

Strong data analysis and presentation skills.

Experience with Microsoft DevOps, Visio, and SQL query building.
