About the Team & Role We are building an elite team, applying frontier technologies to the world’s biggest financial problems. We’re looking for bold thinkers, sharp problem-solvers, and builders wired to make an impact.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate the financial and accounting system integration of acquired companies, including consolidations, adjustments, and transition to Robinhood global process.
Lead the transition and knowledge transfer post acquisition.
Execute post‑acquisition accounting review and develop finance/accounting integration plan.
Work closely with accounting/finance directors to inform decision‑making and develop/deliver strategy.
Establish relationships with workstream leads outside accounting/finance to integrate progress.
Responsible for post‑closing follow‑up activities including financial close, process improvement, and SOP documentation.
Project manage Finance integration: define scope, track progress, and resolve challenges.
Support and operationalize ad‑hoc accounting/finance projects initiated by corporate development.
What You Bring
8+ years accounting/finance experience at a finance and/or tech company.
5+ years M&A experience.
Knowledge of US GAAP/SEC reporting, internal guidelines, and policies.
Exceptional written and interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong relationships.
Organization, persistence, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Base Pay Range Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC):
$136,000—$160,000
Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL):
$120,000—$141,000
Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL):
$106,000—$125,000
