NE Regional Sales Manager (Retail/Grocery - Northeast Remote - Travel 25%)
at Sauer Brands, Inc. The Northeast Regional Sales Manager is accountable for achieving regional volume objectives, forecast accuracy, promotional execution, distribution targets, new item speed to shelf, SRP management, and retail execution. The role requires delivering creative, fact-based solutions, managing trade spend, and providing thought leadership to help build Sauer Brands at assigned customers. Responsibilities
Achieve sales objectives and specific volume goals through regional broker team management, execution of account plans and brand strategies. Focus on optimal MAPS (Merchandising, Assortment, Pricing and shelving) by account. Create and manage trade spending plans that support marketing and promotional plans; determine volume, pricing depth, frequency, distribution and negotiate with customers. Develop and deliver customer plans to achieve objectives within budget. Deliver short- and long-term solutions through thought leadership. Present category reviews and business plans to retail grocery customers (distributors, direct and indirect grocery retailers) across a diverse Northeast customer base. Lead and manage the regional broker sales team; work cross-functionally to produce timely business updates for senior leadership. Trade planning management including data entry and post-event analysis reviews. What We Are Looking For

BS/BA in business or related field; advanced degree preferred 5–10 years of CPG retail grocery center-store selling experience; minimum 5 years interacting with relevant accounts Retail grocery and Northeast customer experience required Direct Accounts: Wegman’s, Albertson’s Mid-Atlantic, Shaw’s, Weis Distributors: KeHe, UNFI, C&S; indirect accounts include Wakefern, Key Foods, Market Basket, Price Chopper, Tops and NY Metro accounts Condiment and spice experience a plus; specialty distributor experience a plus Other
