Provide virtual surveillance for patients with critical congenital or acquired heart disease Monitor vital signs and alert bedside teams of concerning trends Coordinate nursing care and services for patients and families through various communication methods Consult with physicians and healthcare providers to resolve health concerns Lead the patient care delivery team for specific patient populations What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Minimum of 5 years nursing experience, including 2 years of recent pediatric experience and 1 year of demonstrated nursing leadership experience Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice Strong knowledge of pediatric healthcare standards and regulatory agency requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
