Senior Product Manager, Commercial Fraud Join the Senior Product Manager, Commercial Fraud role at Equifax.

As the Senior Product Manager for Commercial Fraud, you will drive innovation in the B2B fraud-prevention space, owning our B2B fraud solutions from ideation and go-to-market strategy to in-life enhancements. You will grow our current offerings and launch new ideas, collaborating closely with teams and stakeholders to deliver strong business outcomes and powerful capabilities for our customers.

What You’ll Do Embed deeply with customer needs, navigating many industry verticals, especially the payments space. Be customer-centric while passionate about technical mechanics and strategy involved in solution-building.

Market Opportunity Assessments – Own overall market and customer understanding, perform segmentation, market sizing, and competitive analysis, lead market validation.

Product Definition – Lead prioritization of opportunities, manage development of strategic partnerships, define elements for market needs and commercial viability, drive commercial model and packaging discussions.

Product Strategy & Planning – Create business case for new concepts, define product roadmap, drive positioning, pricing, and promotion across channels.

Product Delivery & Launch – Lead requirement definition, understand trade-offs, manage feedback, support release, monitor post-launch and adjust for success.

Growth & Portfolio Management – Drive engagement, satisfy and manage performance, assess adoption, collect feedback, analyze data to support lifecycle decisions.

What Experience You Need

7-10 years of related product management experience in a product-led organization; experience leading in Technology, Financial Services or Data & Analytics.

Exposure to cloud-based products and services, understanding of cloud architecture, infrastructure and deployment models.

Experience writing detailed product requirements, solid understanding of product design, commercial model and packaging discussions.

Demonstrated ability to lead efforts in a highly matrixed environment; team lead experience or strong capabilities.

Experience in Product tools (Aha, JIRA, Figma).

Experience demonstrating Design Thinking for innovation; apply creative design thinking to develop innovative business solutions.

Deep understanding of customer needs through market and industry research and analysis of competitors.

Use strong knowledge of competitive landscape to anticipate, articulate and drive high-potential opportunities.

Capable of setting vision and ensuring alignment with strategy and goals.

Interact with key decision-makers cross-functionally to navigate Equifax’s organization.

Managed executional rigor to deliver product efforts on time to meet market demands.

Demonstrated experience building and launching fraud or risk-prevention products.

A strong understanding of the payments ecosystem.

Knowledge of and interaction with common fraud types and prevention techniques.
