Senior Product Manager, Commercial Fraud (Finance) As the Senior Product Manager for Commercial Fraud, you'll be at the forefront of innovation in the B2B fraud-prevention space. In this role, you'll own our B2B fraud solutions, guiding them through every stage of the product lifecycle—from initial ideation and go‑to‑market strategy to in‑life enhancements. You'll have the exciting opportunity to drive the growth of our current offerings while also bringing entirely new ideas to market. By collaborating closely with various teams and stakeholders across the organization, you'll be instrumental in delivering strong business outcomes and powerful new capabilities for our customers.

and be comfortable navigating many industry verticals, with a particular focus on the payments space. You must be innately

while also being passionate about the technical mechanics and strategy involved in

solution‑building .

What you’ll do

Market Opportunity Assessments—Own overall Market & Customer Understanding for product and product lines managed and articulate the product vision, ensuring alignment with strategy and goals; Perform segmentation, market sizing, and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities; Lead market validation (voice of customer, customer advisory boards, etc.)

Product Definition—Lead identification and drive prioritization of opportunities for, and manage development of, strategic partnerships & advise on buy, build, or partner approach; Definition of elements required to meet market needs and commercial viability; Lead development of commercial model and packaging discussions

Product Strategy & Planning—Create the business case for new product concepts and pitch concepts; Define the product roadmap used in product strategy and planning sessions across the Product Delivery Value Stream; Drive cross‑functional activities related to positioning, pricing, and promotion across distribution channels (collaboration with Marketing & D&A)

Product Delivery & Launch—Lead descriptions and requirement definition for product development; Understand product trade‑offs and drive alignment; Manage market feedback efforts to drive product direction; Lead efforts to prepare for and support product release; Monitor post launch, consult with product marketing and provide input to adjust/improve to ensure success

Growth & Portfolio Management—Drive product engagement and satisfaction and manage the product’s performance including attainment of revenue and margin objectives; Assess monitored product adoption and usage and engage in the collection of customer feedback; Collect, analyze and interpret data to reach conclusions and/or present insights and findings to drive product development and lifecycle management decisions including enhancements and sunsetting

What experience you need

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline strongly preferred; equivalent experience may be considered; Product Management certifications is a plus

7-10 years of related product management experience in a product‑led organization required, as is experience leading in a Product Management environment in Technology, Financial Services or Data & Analytics

Exposure to cloud‑based products and services, demonstrating an understanding of cloud architecture, infrastructure, and deployment models strongly desired

Experience writing detailed product requirements is fundamental and required and must demonstrate a solid understanding of product design, commercial model and packaging discussions

Demonstrated ability to lead efforts in a highly matrixed environment

Team lead experience or demonstrated capabilities strongly desired

Experience in Product tools required (Aha, JIRA, Figma)

Experience demonstrating Design Thinking for innovation is a plus (Use creative design thinking to develop innovative business solutions. Apply creative and analytical tools to develop real solutions for real needs, including personas, empathy mapping, prototyping and iteration models.

Possesses a deep understanding of customer needs through market and industry research and analysis of competitors

Can use strong knowledge of competitive landscape to anticipate, articulate and drive high‑potential opportunities that demonstrate competitive advantage

Is capable of setting the vision and ensure its alignment with strategy and goals

Interact with key decisions‑makers within own function and across related functions to successfully navigate Equifax’ organization

Has managed executional rigor to deliver product efforts on time to meet market demands

Demonstrated experience building and launching fraud or risk‑prevention products.

A strong understanding of the payments ecosystem.

Knowledge of and interaction with common fraud types and prevention techniques.
