We are seeking an accomplished New Business Development leader with strong expertise in

Engineering Services

to drive growth across the Aerospace sector. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience selling engineering and technical services, a

proven record of generating new business with Aerospace OEMs and Tier 1

suppliers, and the ability to build lasting partnerships that deliver value and innovation. This role requires a strategic, self-motivated professional with a

deep understanding of engineering solutions and the aerospace business

landscape. Location:

Eastern United States [ Remote/WFH ] What You’ll Do

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities for engineering services within the aerospace market. Leverage an existing network of Aerospace OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers to expand relationships and drive growth. Develop and execute a sales and business development strategy focused on Engineering Services offerings. Lead solution-based sales by positioning engineering design, analysis, digital, and testing services to meet client needs. Partner closely with engineering and delivery teams to ensure technical alignment and seamless execution. Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, manage pricing and contract negotiations, and close high-value deals. Monitor industry trends, customer challenges, and competitor offerings to anticipate and capitalize on emerging opportunities. What You’ll Bring

8–10+ years of experience in business development or sales within Engineering Services, preferably in the aerospace or defense sectors. Proven success selling engineering, design, or technology-based services to Aerospace OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. Established relationships within key aerospace accounts and a demonstrated ability to open new doors. Strong technical and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate engineering capabilities into business value. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global, cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel throughout the Eastern U.S. and as needed internationally. Why Join Us
