Automation Chemistry & Immunoassay Sales Executive
Join Siemens Healthineers in pioneering breakthroughs in laboratory diagnostics. This role drives new business growth and expands our footprint in Chemistry, Immunoassay, and Automation solutions across a defined territory.
Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and convert new customer opportunities within the assigned territory.
Lead and coordinate strategic sales campaigns with cross‑functional teams to deliver customized solutions.
Conduct workflow analysis to uncover inefficiencies and present tailored solutions that improve laboratory performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers across healthcare systems and integrated delivery networks.
Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and customer feedback to inform account strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline development, and forecasting through CRM tools.
Partner closely with Account Executives, Sales Specialists, and Healthcare System Executives to align messaging and execution.
Uphold ethical standards, regulatory compliance, and customer transparency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or related discipline (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in complex sales environments (capital equipment, medical devices, diagnostics).
Proven success in new business acquisition and solution selling.
Strong understanding of laboratory diagnostics, including Chemistry and Immunoassay workflows.
Experience with strategic sales methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman).
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a field‑based role with regional travel.
Compensation Annual Base Pay: Min $110,416 – Max $165,624
