Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr
We are partnered up with a boutique litigation firm in San Diego that handles business litigation, intellectual property litigation, real estate litigation, CEQA, appellate and employment litigation. Their clients include corporations, individuals and agencies. They are widely recognized with regional and national law firms and have extensive experience as lead counsel in jury trials, arbitrations and mediations.
Minimum Qualifications
Seeking a civil litigation attorney with 3+ years of general civil litigation experience, ideally looking for a background in complex litigation, business litigation (not insurance defense).
Judicial internships are credited when evaluating years of experience.
Work Location
In-office position, with flexibility available as needed.
The firm emphasizes a strong work-life balance (1600 billable hour requirement)
Compensation
Competitive market-based salary, tailored to the candidate's experience and expertise.
Performance-based bonuses and additional incentives available.
