LHH is seeking a Production Scheduling Manager to oversee and optimize our client’s production scheduling and material flow processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring the facility runs smoothly by maintaining production goals, minimizing downtime, and fostering collaboration across departments. The anticipated salary for this role is between $70,000-$90,000 a year. Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all production control activities to maintain efficient workflow and prevent material shortages, bottlenecks, and over-scheduling. Develop, review, and maintain production plans and schedules to meet plant output targets. Monitor work order execution and adjust schedules as needed to optimize frequency. Collaborate with managers, supervisors, purchasing, and production teams to align scheduling with operational priorities. Maintain ERP/Portal scheduling and forecasting data for accuracy and transparency. Analyze system performance and recommend improvements to enhance production efficiency. Ensure department team members follow all required daily, weekly, and monthly procedures. Identify potential capacity restraints and communicate proactive solutions to leadership. Support process improvement initiatives and facilitate problem-solving efforts. Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience, including 3 years in production planning or scheduling. Proficiency with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 preferred). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical teams. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
