About the Role The

Corporate Marketing Manager

will lead the design and execution of integrated marketing strategies that elevate the company’s visibility, strengthen customer engagement, and accelerate revenue growth across multiple product lines. This role calls for a visionary marketing leader who thrives in dynamic, multicultural environments and understands the nuances of regulated industries and consumer behavior.

LATAM region

is highly valued and will be instrumental in driving success across varied geographies and customer segments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives.

Partner with cross-functional leaders in Product, Sales, Strategy, Data, and IT to craft impactful go-to-market campaigns and client engagement initiatives.

Analyze market intelligence and customer insights—particularly across LATAM markets to uncover trends, assess competitive positioning, and guide business decisions.

Oversee marketing budget planning, forecasting, and ROI analysis to ensure efficient resource utilization.

Develop high-impact marketing materials and sales enablement tools to support agents, brokers, and direct distribution channels.

Ensure full compliance with regulatory and brand standards across all campaigns and jurisdictions.

Build and nurture relationships with external partners, creative agencies, and media outlets to maximize reach and brand consistency.

Champion innovation through digital transformation, customer journey optimization, and data-driven personalization.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration, agility, and accountability.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Minimum of 8 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in the financial services industry.

Proven success in managing multi-regional campaigns and leading cross-functional teams.

Deep understanding of marketing strategy, branding, and performance analytics.

Experience within the LATAM market strongly preferred; international market experience is a plus.

Fluency in

English and Spanish

required.
