Job Summary
IT Digital Products Senior Analyst at Terminix responsible for analyzing complex data, developing and implementing IT solutions, leading and managing IT projects, providing technical support, conducting research, collaborating with other IT professionals, communicating technical information to stakeholders, developing and maintaining IT policies and procedures, and mentoring and coaching junior IT staff. Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Obtain a deep understanding of relevant business area(s) to recommend business solutions and build high‑quality requirements. Mentor junior members of the team. Analyze complex data and identify patterns and trends to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Lead prototyping of new systems to enhance business processes, operations, and information flow. Design and develop business solutions (process, architecture) that meet business needs and requirements, and transfer them to the delivery team. Gather, develop, coordinate, and maintain technical documentation such as process flows, system specifications, business requirements, and diagrammatic models for various projects or systems from planning to final implementation. Lead and manage IT project requirements from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. Provide support to end‑users and digital products team, including troubleshooting issues and resolving product or application issues. Conduct research and stay up‑to‑date with the latest developments in the IT industry, including new technologies, tools, and best practices. Conduct and organize UAT activities. Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure they are up‑to‑date and aligned with organizational goals. Participate in the selection and evaluation of IT products and vendors to ensure they meet technical and business requirements. Conduct research and analysis into system problems, including root cause analysis through problem ticket resolution; perform program configuration or modification and set up activities for enterprise systems if applicable. Identify opportunity trends and recommend solutions through design and preparation of reports, charts, and graphs to depict trends. Coordinate and present various summaries and briefings to senior management. Required Experience
5‑10 years of experience in an IT project‑based environment or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training. Required Leadership Traits and Characteristics
Familiarity with relevant methodologies, tools and techniques. Ability to quickly learn the objectives, structures, operations and policies of a new business area. Ability to engage both IT and business partners to determine explicit or implicit requirements, documenting in business case or requirements summaries. Experience leading and motivating others, while demonstrating empathy. Ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing. Intellectual curiosity and business acumen. Results orientation and persistence. Mentors and coaches development of less experienced business analysts. Formal Education, Qualifications, Or Training
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or related field and 5‑10 years of experience in the specialty area or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Base Pay Range
$92,700 – $120,500 / year. Benefits
