We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. This role is located in Jersey City.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Lead the development of comprehensive financial models and forecasts by demonstrating expertise in financial analysis and strategic planning.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide insightful financial analysis that supports business objectives and strategic initiatives.

Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management, ensuring clarity and accuracy in financial data.

Drive the annual budgeting process and monitor financial performance against the budget, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Enhance financial processes and systems by implementing best practices and leveraging technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Support the implementation of strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and analysis that align with BNY’s strategic goals.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

MBA or Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.

5‑10 years of experience.

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Proficiency in financial software and tools, with a focus on enhancing processes.
