Amerita, Inc. is a leading provider in home Infusion therapy.
The Finance Manager is responsible for Amerita’s enterprise forecasting, OpEx management, capital project financials, and monthly / quarterly financial reporting processes. This role ensures timely and accurate delivery of forecasting, month-end analysis, and executive reporting packages while coaching Pharmacy Directors (PDs) and Regional Directors (RDs) on P&L ownership and presentation skills.
This is a remote opportunity. Applicants can live anywhere within the Continental USA.
The ideal candidate will have:
7–10 years FP&A, corporate finance, or financial reporting experience.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and OpEx management

Responsibilities
Leads forecasting across the business where each location has a specific forecast that contributes to the consolidated entity. Leads and supervises monthly and quarterly forecast process.
Prepares and delivers monthly reporting packages, Board Decks, and MOR materials with executive commentary
Supports annual strategic planning process and Long range planning
Builds and maintains financial and ROI models that directly support forecasting, including branch relocations/renovations, de novos, and strategic investments; integrates model outputs into monthly, quarterly, and long-range forecasts to ensure decision-making is data-driven and financially sound
Provides ROI-driven recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring financial rigor in capital allocation decisions
Oracle hierarchy management, ensuring accurate alignment across branches and regions
Oversees and assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly branch level reporting packages including financial statements, management P&L’s, comprehensive Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting, variance analysis and executive commentary
Partners with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting including HR, IT, EDS, Sales and Ops
Leads training/coaching sessions for PDs/RDs on P&L management and MOR preparation
Responsible to partner with PDs/RDs on variance analysis and operational performance. Establish strong and trusted working relationships that supports PD/RDO financial acumen
Partners with operations and other departments to identify, structure, execute and report on strategic initiatives and cost savings opportunities
Partners and supporting the accounting team throughout the close process identifying variances, potential issues, and opportunities. Occasionally, help with the actual close process under short hand conditions
Provides ad hoc analysis and support to parent company leadership and Amerita senior management
Leads and directs work of others
Performs other tasks as assigned
Direct management of 1–2 analysts
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
7–10 years FP&A, corporate finance, or financial reporting experience.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and OpEx management.
Strong system skills: Oracle, Adaptive, OfficeConnect, Excel.
Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, and related accounting software required
Outstanding financial reporting and analytical skills required
Competence in evaluating investment opportunities, analyzing market trends, and managing the company's capital deployment and portfolio
Ability to utilize new tools and technologies in a rapidly changing environment required
Knowledge of Oracle preferred
Travel Requirements: Minimal
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to walk and use hands to finger, handle or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stand and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
