Position Summary Responsible for providing a variety of banking functions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, teller checks, money orders, and cash advances. Assist with branch member service and new account opening. Perform complex teller functions as needed. Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals. Perform assigned back office duties and assist with other duties as required. Ensure members are promptly and professionally serviced.
Qualifications
Related customer service experience.
Basic understanding of credit union operations.
Basic understanding of member services and products.
Good communication skills.
Professional appearance, dress, and attitude.
Good math and typing skills.
Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment.
Salary Range
Minimum - $17.35/hr ($36,096/yr)
Maximum - $24.29/hr ($50,535/yr)
