Job Description Performance Contracting is seeking a motivated individual to join our growing employee‑owned organization as an entry‑level

Associate Project Engineer

for its

PCI LYMO 585

operations based in

Londonderry, NH . The Associate Project Engineer role serves as a launching pad for future leaders within PCI. It’s a dynamic position offering hands‑on experience in project management and estimating, setting the stage for professional growth and career advancement in an innovative environment.

Job Responsibilities

Conducting safety meetings

Creating and managing punch lists

Supporting the Quality Control Measures outlined in PCI’s QA/QC program

Preparing RFIs and submittals

Labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance

Quantitative takeoffs for material ordering

Supporting the implementation of the job schedule

Coordinating warranties and O&Ms

Material coordination with purchase orders and invoicing

This position is safety‑sensitive.

This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Basic Requirements

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Construction Science, or comparable work experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (e.g., Excel, Word, etc.)

A clear understanding of how to read and interpret specifications and drawings

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Ability to learn new skills by engaging in technical job functions and applying new skills as they are taught

Strong customer service skills and relationship‑building abilities

Must have critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills

Ability to multitask

Motivated self‑starter with strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative

Works well under pressure and meets deadlines

Preferred Requirements

OSHA certifications

Willing to travel/relocate based on project needs
