Role/Responsibilities

Own the GTM strategy, execution, and revenue growth for the vertical.

Lead and mentor Portfolio GTM Leads across sub‑industries.

Define and evangelize AI‑led, industry‑specific offerings and solutions.

Partner with global sales leadership and client partners to expand relationships and uncover new growth opportunities.

Develop large, cross‑portfolio outcome‑based pricing models aligned with vertical‑level business outcomes.

Represent HCLTech as the face of the industry through thought leadership and forums.

Monitor vertical performance (pipeline, revenue, margins) and proactively address risks and opportunities.

Align with corporate AI strategy and drive adoption of HCLTech AI Force and other AI tools across portfolios.

Partner with delivery and practice leaders to ensure GTM strategies are backed by execution capability and innovation.

Skills/Qualifications

15+ years of experience in GTM strategy, sales, or industry leadership, with at least 5+ years managing multiple portfolios or an entire vertical.

Proven leadership in GTM strategy across an entire industry vertical.

Deep understanding of AI’s transformative impact on the service industry and ability to design AI‑driven, industry‑specific offerings.

Strong business acumen to align GTM with client success and long‑term growth.

Expertise in AI tools, automation, analytics, and digital platforms.

Experience designing and scaling outcome‑based pricing models for large deals.

Experience engaging with C‑suite executives across industries to drive AI‑led digital transformation discussions.

Exceptional leadership skills to inspire and mentor Portfolio GTM Leads, fostering a culture of AI‑first growth.

Strong communication, influencing, and executive presence for client and industry‑facing leadership.

Demonstrated expertise in creating and scaling GTM strategies across large, global accounts.

Proven success in developing and selling AI‑led, industry‑specific offerings.

Track record of building executive relationships with C‑suite leaders and influencing industry direction.

Experience leading large teams and managing senior leaders (Portfolio GTM Leads).

MBA (mandatory), preferably with specialization in Strategy, Business, or relevant industry domains.

Pay and Benefits Pay Range Minimum: $150,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $180,000 per year

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance‑based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need‑based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
