Senior Project Controls Administrator

to join our team in Houston, TX. Responsibilities

Maintain & troubleshoot all Buckeye Project Controls Administrator (PCA) system access (JDE, OPPM, Cognos, ADP/Open Invoice, etc.) and resolve issues with IT and business units. Develop and implement new PCA processes and training manuals; train new PCA team members; provide ongoing support. Load and update AFE budgets in JDE; monitor accuracy of budgets for approved AFEs. Manage Feasibility AFE workflow; create and manage new JDE work orders and budgets; execute capital reclassifications as projects progress. Develop and update cost tracking tools for new projects; work with Project Managers to collect accruals, update forecasts, contingency and EAC; submit accruals to accounting on the accounting calendar. Collaborate with Accounting, Supply Chain, and E&CS teams to support projects and provide customer service to Project Managers and other Buckeye departments. Perform additional duties as assigned. Position Requirements

High School education required. 5+ years’ experience in a similar administrative support role preferred. Experience with budgeting or accounting is a plus. Experience in project management or engineering is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required. Knowledge of pipeline industry terminology is highly desirable. Certificates & Licenses
