About the Role KKR Consulting is seeking a
Data Operations Analyst
to support marketing teams by enabling better data access, governance, and analytics. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between marketing and technology managing tag implementation, ensuring data quality, and supporting marketing analytics and tracking systems to drive meaningful insights that improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the
primary contact
for internal and external teams on all aspects of web and app data collection including analytics, media tracking, QA, and technical support.
Lead the
implementation and governance
of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, ensuring all events and conversions are accurately defined, tracked, and validated.
Curate and maintain
data standardization
for web and mobile analytics tags to ensure quality, consistency, and architectural integrity across systems and historical data.
Document data capture and transformation processes while developing
robust QA frameworks
in partnership with MarTech and compliance teams.
Support the
implementation of OneTrust
across client websites to align with privacy and compliance standards.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years
of experience in front-end tagging (via code or Tag Management Systems).
Proven ability to
structure and standardize marketing data
for reporting and analysis.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Experience in leading or overseeing teams implementing technical support or data QA processes.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in
Data Operations, Computer Science, or related field.
Bonus: Experience with
server-side tagging.
