Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all nursing department operations to ensure the highest standards of resident care.
Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff, promoting a positive and collaborative team culture.
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
Partner with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to achieve clinical and operational goals.
Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
Minimum 1 year of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting; DON or ADON experience preferred.
Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and survey processes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
