$125,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr Business Analyst Finance & Information Technology My name is Bill Stevens, and I have a new full time Business Analyst opportunity available for a major firm located in Teaneck, New Jersey that could be of interest to you. Please review my specification below and I am available at any time to speak with you so please feel free to call me. The work week will be onsite in the firms offices. The salary will be in the range of $125,000 - $135,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate should also possess a green card or be of citizenship. No Visa entanglements and no visa holding company submittals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field required. Minimum of four years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally supporting Finance and or accounting functions. Proven experience implementing and executing core Business Analysis practices, including process mapping, requirements management, stakeholder facilitation, and testing coordination. Invoicing Cash and/or Procure to Pay experience would be a big plus Highly analytical with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills; able to translate complex business issues into actionable requirements. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday Financials) or Finance applications preferred. Certification or training in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA) preferred. PMO or project delivery experience is a plus. Responsibilities: Produce clear and comprehensive documentation, including business cases, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications. Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and vendors to ensure requirements are accurately understood and implemented. Support testing phases by facilitating test case creation, coordinating UAT, and validating that delivered solutions meet business expectations. Provide analytical insights, feasibility assessments, and impact analyses to support project planning and prioritization. Drive consistent application of Business Analysis best practices, ensuring quality, traceability, and stakeholder alignment throughout project lifecycles. Serve as a liaison between Finance and IT, ensuring transparency, clear communication, and successful change adoption. The ideal candidate will also partner with the firms Finance leadership and stakeholders to understand strategic goals and translate them into actionable business and system requirements. Lead process mapping, design workshops, and requirements elicitation sessions, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions. Analyze current Finance processes, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will also manage two resources.
