The Role We’re looking for a YouTube/Google Media Buyer who thrives on strategy, data, and creative experimentation. Someone who sees the full funnel, not just the click-through rate.

What You’ll Do

Plan, launch, and optimize performance-driven YouTube and Google Ads campaigns

Manage budgets, test creatives, and continuously optimize for ROAS and scalability

Analyze campaign data to extract insights and present actionable recommendations

Collaborate with creative, data, and brand teams to align ad strategy with broader brand goals

Stay ahead of trends and platform updates to keep clients competitive

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience managing YouTube and/or Google Ads (e-commerce experience a plus)

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data

Deep understanding of targeting, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization

Experience running campaigns focused on profitability and growth, not just volume

Creative eye for ad messaging, hooks, and video performance patterns

Comfortable managing multiple accounts and scaling ad spend efficiently

Bonus Points

Experience integrating ad performance with CRO or creative strategy

Hands‑on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and data visualization tools

Understanding of how YouTube ads interact with Meta and Amazon campaigns
