At Blue Origin we are building the future of spaceflight and are looking for a Principal Executive Recruiter to help shape our executive talent strategy. Key Responsibilities

Strategic talent acquisition: design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top executive talent. Executive partnership: serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning hiring plans with business goals. Search & selection: conduct in‑depth evaluations of senior candidates and present recommendations to leadership. Candidate relationship management: build long‑term relationships with potential leaders and manage the executive candidate experience. Process excellence: continuously enhance the executive recruiting process for efficiency and effectiveness. Minimum Qualifications

10+ years in full‑cycle executive search with a proven track record of sourcing and closing VP level searches. Deep expertise in advanced assessment tools, recruitment technologies, and executive search methodologies. Strong executive‑level relationship building and influence at senior leadership levels. Fluent with talent platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, recruiting CRM, market analytics, Excel, and PowerPoint. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or lawful admission status. Preferred Qualifications

Exceptional organizational, project management, and problem‑solving skills. Demonstrated operational excellence throughout the executive search process. High discretion, integrity, and sensitivity to confidential information. Thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Benefits
