Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain core IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and
IBM i systems .
Oversee
Microsoft 365
and other enterprise software services.
Ensure smooth operation of employee
hardware , workstations, and peripherals.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
Coordinate IT operations and act as the primary technical lead for infrastructure.
Required Experience
Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and enterprise systems.
Strong knowledge of
Microsoft 365
administration and user management.
Solid understanding of IT operations, security, and best practices.
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across hardware and software.
Strong organizational and communication skills; capable of coordinating with both technical staff and business users.
Nice to Have
Expertise with IBM i (AS/400) or similar enterprise hardware platforms.
Experience in vendor management and procurement of IT equipment is a plus.
