Executive Team Leader Specialty Sales (Assistant Manager Merchandising and Service)- South Denver

Pay range $60,000.00 - $120,000.00. Target values teamwork and guest service. The Specialty Sales team provides tailored suggestions and visual merchandising to inspire guests. Key Responsibilities:

Drive store sales and understand contribution of departments to profitability. Create a guest‑obsessed culture and lead team to prioritize guest experience and sales goals. Develop schedules, adjust as needed to align with guest traffic and business needs. Manage team to plan merchandising, pricing workload including transitions, revisions, sales plans, sampling and promotions. Know and assess competition and leverage guest insights to drive business and be destination of choice. Work a schedule that aligns to guest and business needs (includes early morning, evening, overnight shifts and weekends). Build a team of consultants knowledgeable and passionate about Apparel & Accessories, Beauty and Electronics. Manage and develop sales force using selling training techniques. Lead backroom processes, organization, layout and replenishment of sales floor to ensure product availability. Lead team to deliver inspiring visual moments in A&A, Home, Baby and other seasonally relevant areas. Ensure fitting rooms serve as extension of sales floor and are welcoming. Plan, lead and follow up on organizational and operational change. Anticipate staffing needs, talent plan and recruit – both long and short term. Develop and coach team and Team Leaders to elevate skills and expertise. Lead onboarding, learning and close product knowledge gaps through development, coaching and interaction. Establish culture of accountability through clear expectations and performance management. Provide service and shopping experience that meets guest needs. Maintain ethical conduct, safety and compliance; hold team accountable. Address store needs (emergency, regulatory visits, etc.). Follow safe and secure training and processes. All other duties based on business needs. Qualifications:

4‑year degree or equivalent experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong business acumen and ability to manage conflict. Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and able to adapt to current technology needs. Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently. Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and retail business fundamentals including sales trends, inventory management, pricing and promotions. Experience setting and planning department workload to support business priorities. Ability to manage multiple specialty businesses and balance team member expertise. Knowledge of competitors and ability to leverage insights that drive business objectives. Experience managing a team of hourly team members and leaders, recruiting, selecting and talent management. Expectations:

Access all areas of building to respond to guest or team member issues. Interpret instructions, reports and information. Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely; frequently lifting up to 15 lbs and occasionally up to 40 lbs. Accurately handle cash register operations. Climb up and down ladders. Maintain flexible work schedule (nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance. Benefits Eligibility:
