What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead efforts as a documentation specialist in Talent Acquisition projects to ensure accuracy in requirements, proposals, training materials, and user guides
Develop and implement training strategies for the Talent Acquisition team on effective recruitment practices
Lead the design and deployment of recruitment process improvements in collaboration with HR and business leaders
Evaluate and upgrade staffing processes and operating procedures to ensure consistency across the organization
Act as a subject matter expert in staffing processes and as a super user for the SuccessFactors Applicant Tracking System
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and/or operational effectiveness role
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Project (or equivalent)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven research and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
3 years of experience in recruiting process design and project management
5 years of experience with an Applicant Tracking System, preferably SuccessFactors
Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint and Avature or a similar CRM
Ability to work creatively and be accountable to team goals
