Schedule 15+ interviews daily for entry-level, high-volume retail sales roles Engage with candidates through email and text message campaigns Conduct phone screenings to assess candidates for basic job responsibilities Manage candidate data accurately using the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth onboarding experience Qualifications

Minimum age requirement of 18 years College degree in a related field or comparable work history Proven experience working in a remote setting Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook and Excel Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus Passion for entering the Talent Acquisition industry Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Accessibility to a quiet remote-work environment Compassionate approach to the candidate experience Notes
