Overview Under the direction of a licensed Financial Advisor and CAC Manager, handle inbound calls from customers and look for sales opportunities. Assist with outbound calling, appointment setting, lead development and screening, client and partner outreach. Leverage technology to interact with clients, partners and CAC FAs for reporting support, planning set up, communication, screening, needs identification and general support. Handle escalated service needs partnering with CSAs, along with various administrative aspects of the business. Assist CAC Managers with various support functions and assist CAC FA Pod Leaders with partner call planning, execution, meetings support, presentation approval, reporting and overall support.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Provide administrative and analytical support to CAC Managers that coach and lead the CAC FAs in a virtual environment.
Provide administrative and analytical support to CAC FAs that provide investment advice in a virtual environment.
Under the direction of a licensed Financial Advisor, interact with clients and partners to analyze needs and provide opportunities to add value via FA introductions or immediate service support assistance.
Answer customer questions within set standards.
Qualifications Required Qualifications
College degree (finance preferred) at an accredited college or university.
One year of experience in financial services or a professional office setting.
Superior written and oral communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Independent, entrepreneurial mindset, goal‑oriented.
Ability to self‑manage, adapt to a fast‑paced environment, collaborate well with teams.
General understanding of how FAs leverage particular investment solutions match client’s individual needs, using a wide range of investment solutions to help build an investment portfolio.
Preferred Qualifications
FINRA SIE, Series 7, 65, 63, life/health/variable insurance.
Sales, service, banking, lending, experience.
