What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated geographic area

Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations

Sell the employer’s suite of Business Partnership products and services, focusing on Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions

Demonstrate a repeatable sales process to identify, qualify, and close new prospective clients

Collaborate strategically with assigned referral partners to enhance sales opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise sales within the Fintech sector

Proven track record of direct selling success, particularly to “C” level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail

Strong negotiation skills and ability to exceed sales goals and quotas

Excellent networking, communication, presentation, and marketing skills

Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Master’s Degree

Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training experience
