What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated market
Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for sales presentations and pricingSell the employer's suite of Business Partnership products, including Earned Wage Access and Paycard solutions
Develop and maintain relationships with strategic referral partners
Execute a repeatable sales process to identify, qualify, and close new prospective clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales within the fintech industry
Proven track record of direct selling success and exceeding sales goals
Experience selling to "C" level executives in relevant industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail
Strong negotiation, networking, communication, and presentation skills
Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master's Degree
