What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated market
Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
Sell the employer's suite of Business Partnership products, including Earned Wage Access and Paycard solutions
Execute a repeatable sales process to identify, qualify, and close new prospective clients
Maintain strategic alignment with assigned referral partners and report sales progress to the Vice President of Sales
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise sales within the Fintech industry
Proven track record of selling to "C" level executives in various sectors such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail
Strong negotiation skills and a history of exceeding sales goals and quotas
Excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills
Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, IT, or Engineering
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master's Degree
Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
