What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated market
Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
Sell the employer’s suite of Business Partnership products and services, focusing on Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions
Outline, explain, and execute a repeatable sales process to identify, qualify, and close new clients
Negotiate favorable contracts and close sales while aligning strategically with assigned referral partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales within fintech
Proven track record of direct selling success and strong revenue generation
Experience selling to “C” level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, retail, and professional employment organizations
Excellent networking, communication, presentation, and marketing skills
Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master’s Degree
