What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated geographic area
Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
Sell the employer's suite of Business Partnership products, including Earned Wage Access and Paycard solutions
Outline and execute a repeatable sales process to identify and close new prospective clients
Maintain strategic alignment with assigned referral partners and provide periodic updates on sales progress
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales within the fintech industry
Proven track record of direct selling success, particularly to C-level executives
Strong negotiation skills and ability to exceed sales goals and quotas
Excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills
Relevant experience or degree in Communication, English, IT, or Engineering, or a combination of relevant training and experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master’s Degree
Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
