$46.00 – $58.19 per hour (dependent on education & experience) Essential Functions
Establish and maintain processes to ensure timely and accurate invoicing Coordinate PIP completion to meet Caterpillar standards Oversee warranty work order preparation and completion Maintain safe, clean shop environment with good housekeeping Collaborate with Parts Administration to fulfill back orders promptly Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers Interact with office personnel and define responsibilities Assist in scheduling and dispatching technicians Manage purchase orders and ensure accurate invoicing Understand basic Caterpillar equipment line Perform all other duties as assigned by manager Supervisory Responsibilities
Complete performance reviews for direct reports Assist in hiring and training shop personnel Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED 1+ year supervisory/management experience 10+ years technical or mechanical experience 1+ year customer service experience Physical Demands & Competencies
Stand, walk, talk, sit, use hands & hearing Lifting up to 25 lbs or more Data entry, telephone, reading/writing, reasoning, organizational, communication & math skills Safety & product knowledge Basic Microsoft PowerPoint knowledge Intermediate Microsoft Word & Outlook knowledge Intermediate CRM/Sales Link knowledge Intermediate DSI/SIS Web/STW knowledge Advanced DBS knowledge Work Environment
