Interview Expectations The first step in our interview process is participating in a required one‑way video interview recording. Candidates who do not complete this portion of the interview process will not be able to move forward.

Pay Rate for Food Runner / Expo $17.81 per hour + estimated $11.50‑$12.25 per hour in tips. The base salary or hourly wage range for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. The range is not inclusive of potential bonus or benefits. Your recruiter can share more information about the salary range and other factors during the hiring process.

Job Purpose Food Runners/Expos are responsible for running food to guests at their tables, packing takeout orders, and keeping the Expo Station and Takeout Packing Stations clean and organized according to Din Tai Fung’s standard operating procedures (SOPs).
