Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Yukon, OK with some work-from-home flexibility. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and providing training to parents and staff. Tasks also include monitoring client progress, data collection, and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
Qualifications
Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Experience in parent education and effective communication with families
Strong foundation in psychology and behavior management techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Board certification as a BCBA
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
Compensation $90,000 - $112,000 per year.
