Administrative Assistant LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant with 4 years of experience in a similar role. This is a Temporary opportunity, located in Needham, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

Oversee front desk operations, including answering and directing calls from the main reception line, welcoming clients and visitors, and managing all incoming and outgoing mail and fax communications.

Maintain office supplies, including ordering inventory, tracking stock levels, and ensuring supply areas remain organized and well-stocked.

Coordinate conference room scheduling, ensuring rooms are reserved appropriately and kept clean and presentable at all times.

Provide administrative support to designated financial advisors, assisting with various clerical and organizational tasks.

Manage vendor relationships, including daily interactions, troubleshooting equipment issues, and coordinating maintenance services.

Maintain and update company systems, such as the CRM, hosted phone platform, imaging files, tax e-filing dashboard, video conferencing tools, and other technology platforms as needed.

Support the IT team by assisting with employee technology needs and helping resolve tech-related issues across the organization.

Experience 3-5 years of administrative / receptionist experience

Salary $25-30 / hr
