Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and manage phone calls.
Book conference rooms through Outlook calendars.
Order lunches and organize them as needed.
Order and stock coffee stations and the Executive refrigerator.
Assist with mail sorting and distribution.
Qualifications:
2+ years in an admin support or receptionist role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Job Details:
Schedule: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Compensation: $20-22/hr. .
Employment Type: Temp to hire
