This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Memphis, TN. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Daily tasks include monitoring sales performance, conducting team meetings, training new sales representatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to optimize overall dealership performance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies

Customer-focused with a dedication to providing exceptional service

Proficiency in using sales and CRM software

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus

Ability to work on-site in Memphis, TN
