Work Setting:

Required:
Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in
Miami, FL
(required);
Experience in Salesforce solutions and integrations across platforms such as SAP, MuleSoft, UCDP, and other enterprise systems;
Experience with data integrity, security, and compliance across integrated systems;
Experience supporting system testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements for Salesforce solutions;
Analyze and optimize existing business processes to align with Salesforce capabilities;
Partner with technical and QA teams to design and test Salesforce functionality end-to-end with SAP, MuleSoft, UCDP, and related platforms;
Ensure seamless data flow, data integrity, and compliance across integrated systems;
Lead workshops and requirement‑gathering sessions to define project scope and deliverables;
Act as a bridge between technical and business teams to ensure requirements are met within project timelines;
Provide user training, documentation, and post‑implementation support.
